What’s a song lyric that has stuck with you forever?

I have pretty much a large catalogue of songs and, artistes I do listen to; lots of songs and different genres of music I always find myself resonating and, entering flow state with.

I’m a lot Polyjamorous.

Hence, it might be a little hard picking just or lyric that struck me at first listening or by, many times I had listened to it.

But, here’s one I do find keeping in me for a long term; it’s from a song from Dave ft Tems. Raindance.

As someone who love love and, always craves to be showered with love, immensely deeply with love and, finding the little comfort that stems from being in the presence of someone you love, this lyric did resonate with me.

It expresses how either of the latter or the former felt certain their partner shared the same or, intense level of love they had for their partner.

It portrays how well assured they feel about their partner being contented and, not straying away from whatever they share or whatever connection felt between them. It expresses an act of ensuring their partner realised it’s all what they need and, shouldn’t be the lesser part of their priorities.

“You’re where I wanna be my darling, can’t you see?” This conveys a message to their partner that, they do find solace in their presence, in their touch, in whatever level or height connection they share.

It portrays an act of clearing the air that, regardless of whatever other perceives, they are very much comfy in whatever relationship they share and, also hoping to linger in the mind of their partners. It nonetheless seeks reassurance from their partner and, conveys a constant reminder that they feel so endeared.

All of these I do hold an honest opinion that, people in relationships should practice and live by; there should be a certain level of realisation that, they feel safe, contented and have the same level of love for each other in their relationship.

Rather living or having to be in a relationship that signals an unclear position of what you hold in the other person’s life, they should be a clear constant reminder or reassurance that, you still do matter.
