
i understand if quite lately if you’ve been feeling quite overwhelmed or just lost; if you’ve felt lost lately or just, tensed about the pressure surrounding you. i get it if your mind has been wandering off its normal pace these days; if all your thoughts are just trying to make things feel better, finish a course or, just take a break and, the days just keep getting longer.
it’s not entirely your fault things became this way. it’s not totally your fault to take if things don’t work out how you had expected them to do; thing is life is full of tests. and, each test just pushes us to become even better and, closer to our best version.
life poses such hurdles that are meant to train you to become stronger and, even wield yourself against if such hurdles come back haunting. it depends on your actions to see if you take these tests as a means to rise up or, just admit to defeat it comes with. which shouldn’t be so.
a saying goes thus “always rise up to the occasion” and, for every situation, you ought to see as a chance to prove yourself better and, make the right choices rather than slipping into defeats. cause’ chances are, these hurdles might show up again and, if you’re scared, how would take them on this time ?
notwithstanding, the hurdles ain’t forever. it’s mainly for a period of time. challenges, difficulties does come but, don’t last forever. but, your approach to taking them on shapes you better and further for the future.
i for one, have been having a hard time taking up courses in schools cause’ exams are approaching and, things feel so fast. these days, you barely focus on your course before another comes with its issues. it’s like you are in games and, each action and levels keep going twice the speed.
but notwithstanding, i’ve got no choice than to take them head on and, aim to come out victorious; cause’, that should be everyone’s aim in order to make a better impression of themselves.
every set of hurdles should make YOU, a better YOU and, not a former shadow of your former self.
..and, if you ever feel overwhelmed or, stressed or need some self care, these might do:
• always take some time out to go see the beautiful sight of nature. get connected to your inner self and, let peace evolve around you. for what matters for everyone of us as humans is finding true peace.
• listen to music. the slow type. enjoy the rhythm and, don’t shallow your worries or thoughts that may swamp your heart.
• take a break. even if it’s a sleep, doing something you love. could be a hobby or, anything you feel peaceful and, feel a sense of good wellbeing.
…for we weren’t made to suffer but, live to our truest peak.
