What do you enjoy most about writing?

I’ve got quite a lot of hobbies, a lot which I do enjoy doing cause’ it causes the inner child in me to carve out and, deflect from the outer reality that I sometimes face.
I’ve always just wanted to live with utmost joy that I have nothing to worry about, nothing to be stressed about cause’, stress does this thing that, it just kills the vibe in you; It sometimes swallows you in deep thoughts of things which you can maybe look out for later or do later.
That’s why hobbies are necessarily a Need one must have, for easing the mind, taking focus away from reality, though I know we must face our reality and it’s inevitable we run away from it; only a coward does that.
And, oftentimes, we left with no choice as well but, mostly a thing or two that keeps us relaxed and, feeling better are Hobbies.
I’ve got several hobbies, like engaging in sports activities such as track & field, footballing, reading postcards & poems and, engaging in self-like treatment.
But, Writing is what tops the chart.
Writing is pretty much a self like treatment where you get free healing sessions than paid therapies; It allows for self-expression, mediation and, likewise subjecting the mind to flow freely with no strands holding it back. ,
I’m an overthinker; I get tangled and usually get on the two way sided street almost every time. I get indecisive sometimes and, most times, too self aware.
Emphasis on Self-Awareness; I care too much about what oughtn’t needed to be thought or continuous thinking about. I care about the perception of people about me; either how they notice how I talk or act.
Which is probably not how to live; I realised you should live life freely. Most times, these thoughts about people’s perceptions make me overthink.
And, when I do get in such a position, I write; When I do, the anxiety disappears. It makes me feel calm and, the aftermath takes the weight off my shoulders.
Self awareness is sometimes a curse & a blessing; we should always learn to use it positively wise – we should live according to our standard and not let others opinions decide our reality.
Also, another subtle feeling of writing is the realisation of how it makes you feel more decisive & less distracted by the drifting thoughts that swings across our mind.
It allows for a liberty of the mind to stay a fraction away from indecisive thoughts – it keeps us from prey to quick decisions which could harm us otherwise.
When your thoughts feel scattered, just write. It keeps the mind still and makes our thoughts well organised.
A confused mind isn’t what makes life beautiful, only a calm mind does.
Write on the day you feel confused, write on your happiest day, write when life gets really good and, even on the bad day – Trust me, you will look back on the good days and, say to yourselves, thank God you did.
