Scour the news for an entirely uninteresting story. Consider how it connects to your life. Write about that.

I once jotted some schedules on a particular day hoping i’d achieve what I had planned the day but, unfortunately I got swayed away from those jots and, procrastinate about them – I did procrastinate about them day after day till eventually, I couldn’t do and lest, I didn’t achieve that.
I really felt somehow about not achieving that feat; It felt like a part of me was scolding me for leaving such business unfinished. And yes, that’s cause’ I learnt that, we should always finish whatever we started.
We should never sideline whatever we mostly ought to do; especially for things worth our attention. We should always put ’em up there and make them our priority.
Cause’ if we knew we weren’t gon’ fulfill, we shouldn’t have started with it in the first place.
Procrastination is such a really bad habit to cultivate; It makes you indulge in things worth not your attention, it kills time where we could have been twice as productive as we should be. It feels really comforting but, sometimes what seems too comforting could risk us of greater things to look out for.
Procrastination & Comfort are extremely inter-twined cause’ they both complement each other – It’s like two hands in lock without losing sight of the other.
We’re usually shortsighted by the progress we would come up with if only our minds didn’t shift to what’s not relevant – And so, this is usually linked to how we manage our time during the run of the day.
Time is Now. Time is golden.
It’s in the Now, we know our future. It’s in the now we know what everyday would turn out to be, only if we only focus on the present which is ‘Now‘.
The present holds up so much sight for us to behold if we focus on what’s important; If you had pursued what that dream was, that goal, that schedule, that relevant things you ought to do.
In the present, everything matters; we should hold on to what’s important and not relegate them for the sake of what’s not befitting us. Cause’ in the future, we’d only look back and hoped we could have done such which we ought to do.
Notwithstanding, hold on to every moment now, like it’s your precious pinky finger – We should not be distracted for, everything we wish to see in the future begins with a step we take in the present.
A thousand miles begins with a step.
