My Zone Of Genius

On what subject(s) are you an authority?

Ouf! It’s honestly been some busy period for me as I just finished my exams and, a crazy semester ended hence, why I took a break from writing. Overall, i’m grateful to have become an overcomer cause’ despite those feats, I stood tall and strong.

To be honest, i’ve got several subjects i’m good at cause’ I don’t dwell on  knowing  the knowledge a sole subject contains. I usually switch between subjects cause’ I feel it expands my perspective and, my knowledge.

I feel drawn to exploring just not the surface of what one subject contains, but also to the indepth knowledge of what every subjects has in it – I’m pretty curious cause’ I love learning new things.

‘The measure of intelligence is the ability to change’ – Albert Einstein

Despite my versatility, I had strength and a higher prowess at some subjects due to my love for most of its knowledge it had to share – which included Government & Literature.

Back then at high school, everyone had some rough time pulling up with the strings Government as a subject entailed cause’ it was broad and had, complex history and terms to deal with.

I honestly didn’t feel pressured cause’ every time I had get to learn Government, I felt a sole connection to it – something more of a fast paced which aligns more with my love of politics though, I never wished to put it into practical.

I feasted more Government as a subject than practically cause’ though, practical part of it extends to politics which is quite a rough game to get into.

Government as a subject opened my eyes to several history my country had and, several structures of how the world runs in other country as well as its interrelationships with other.

Government expands beyond just the running of the state, or country – it covers conflict resolutions, international policy, foreign relations and, abnormalities of what had caused some states to be in the stage it is todayy.

There were several scope of the course entailed – it as a career, academic, subject as practical wise. Academically and subject wise, it was my best and of course, my zone of genius cause’ I had always aced it every time.

Though, Government serves as an eye opener to the structure of how the state works based on ethics, constitutional process and laws which conforms it to order and away from anarchy – It’s no doubt used as a tools for propaganda and, wars by the sole player of politics in states.

Although, Government was top of my list, I loved Literature so much; It’s beauty, knowledge, nature aligned and, a bit of love in chaos.

Literature entails such beautiful concepts of how the human society should get fixated on for a much society to emerge – how people should relate with themselves, how lovers should openly be a reflection of themselves and, how ethereal and surreal the world should be.

I had pretty much a stronger hand on literature cause’ I was a poet plus Shakespeare was my main man to reside with.

I love how literature uses words to tell stories and drama and, the state of the society(Satire), the over exaggeration of words for emphasis to show deep one feels(Hyperbole), the metaphorical reflect that tells more hidden fact(Metaphor), and the switched placement of words for paradoxical statement(Paradox) and, maybe a bit of understatement(Litotes).

Loved the terms and how words leaves open my perception to beautiful things our thought could captivate.

‘Words without thoughts, never heaven to go’ – Shakespeare.

Though with multiple folds, I had stronger interest in the poetic side of literature – Cause’ it explains life and its intricacies in ways one would gets engaged and thrilled.

Poetry are just not mere words or thoughts, it’s a way of living – It’s a process that’s deepened in its the projection of what and how one feels with its surroundings.

‘Poetry is when an emotion has found its thoughts and, thoughts has found its words’ – Robert Frost.

Literature and Government will always and forever be a part of me. It’s like a mixture of ‘Love in absurd chaos’
