Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.

Omg, I miss this space. I’ve really been longing to be back as I’ve been busy and, doing some work. Glad the work Went smoothly and, I had a desired result at the end. It really said ‘What’s worth doing is worth doing well’ – My little quote for you !
Life’s really a long journey where you get ups and down; It’s essentially said that the routes to every good life is not easy but also, every moment should be cherished at every instance.
The ‘little things’ do matter. It’s what keeps us up to actively keep going and, one of these things is what adds up to giving us joy. It’s what lifts our soul up, energetic, and, to relive the good things life entails irrespective of our worries.
I’ve honestly got numerous things that give me joy and, make me forget what bothers me – such as reading some novels, watching movies, listening to music and actively scrolling nonstop on X.
Just to escape reality – these little things hinted at giving us joy is what wakes up what’s dead in us and, keep alive what’s unalive in our being.
Music is my go to therapy point. I listen to music to just ignite that happiness in me whenever I’m sad, angry and, in a lot of unexplainable emotions that I can’t handle personally.
It’s what speaks to my soul and, assures me that everything that makes me less to being happy is just for a little time. It’ll definitely pass away.
Lots of music I do listen to are calm and soothing music, not the loud and troubling spirits that would keep you unbalanced.
Music is spiritual and, what you listen to affects you – mentally and spiritually. Every lyrics, pitch, tone matters. Alot.
A lot of the time, i’ll discern music that speaks to troubles and echo out what’s bad and would definitely not be beneficial to my life and, helping me heal, perfectly.
Cause’ it’s alarming when you enjoy music that drowns you into whatever mood, you are trying to heal from. It just creates space for more of those issues to reside in mind.
So, listen to music that heals you and, not troubling. While you’re running through a variety of moods, listen to songs that awaken that part of you that you’ve fully healed than, drifting away from being healed.
