What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Negative feelings are the worst feelings anyone would want to feel. It taunt you, it takes you so low that you feel so down loosing recognizance of yourself.
Feelings like this are what scares the heart. It weakens you so deep that you’d feel lost in everything you once find interest in. It keeps you on your low and even as deeper as your lowest.
Though, it seems scary and make you feel unsure if you can get healed from it but I tell you can. I do get pessimistic sometimes but still, i’ve got strategies I use to garner my confidence back.
• Positive Thoughts: Being positive and not limiting yourself to positive thinking is a thing to abide with. I usually keep it at heart to think positively.
‘Nothing is impossible’
Believing everything is possible eases your negative thoughts and keep you at peace that things will work for sure.
• Resisting Negativity: negative feelings are bound to come. It’s inevitable for humans to be void of these feelings cause’ we ourselves do have emotions. It’s in us to exhibit reactions to anything.
‘Restraining from negativity heals the mind’
So thus, it’s important to move with and act on positive energy. Don’t limit yourself to whatever makes you feel good or excite youu. It’s better to dwell in the positive light than drown in negativity.
• Affirmations: words are really powerful and could affect one’s life either negatively or positively.
‘Words breathe life into what humans are todayy. They shape our thoughts, bridge our hearts and are an essential part of humanity’
I usually make sure to speak wonderful words into my life as it does affect my daily routines and whatever I do face. Saying within yourself and being positive will help in the long course of life.
